Research Topic: Stephen Colbert

I browse around occasionally, but the last time I was actively involved in writing an article was a year or two back I think. That aside, I'm creating this thread to float a project idea for a person or subculture page. Yes, a Stephen Colbert page. There are a lot of internet events related to him already (one of which I did an article on a while back), but I wanted to figure out if he really has enough notability to warrant an article about him or the show. if there are derivatives, sightings, etc. of Colbert-related content on a memetic scale, then I'd like to hear about it. If he isn't really that present though, I'll probably drop this. Well, discuss.
