Caroline Zucchero Hurley

If I won the lottery, I'd probably spend whatever money I set aside for purchases on beautiful original paintings. As much as I'd love to, buying time-intensive original artwork isn't quite in my budget yet, so I'm always eying them for down the road. One of the artists whose work I'm coveting is Caroline Zucchero Hurley. In addition to beautiful printed textiles (inspired by a trip to Bali), Caroline creates colorful paintings that have gorgeous pops of red, pink and orange in them. That's a color combo I can never resist, so these pieces are definitely going on my wishlist. Caroline will be selling pieces at this year's Unique NYC Holiday Show, so if you're in town November 17th and 18th, swing by and check out Caroline's work (and other great makers). In the meantime, you can view more of her paintings, drawings and works on canvas right here. xo, grace
